Project and Portfolio Management System

Managing projects across an entire city can be a challenge!  Bryon provided expert assistance in helping the city migrated from an older project management system to Project Online.  This included:

  1. Mapping out existing project management processes and tools and providing a roadmap for moving to a single tool
  2. Custom reports to replace manual efforts and provide an overall portfolio dashboard to the city manager and council to help prioritize projects and gain visibility into project status
  3. Migration of all legacy data to new system
